Temporary position as project manager - Hiring in process/Finished, not possible to apply

RISE Chemical Process and Pharmaceutical Development is looking for a project manager to fill a temporary position within the Formulation unit. The Unit conducts industry-funded assignments and grant-funded research in the area of formulation science with a focus on pharmaceuticals, foodstuff and cosmetics. We are now looking for a project manager for a temporary position in connection to a PhD-project within transMed, a consortium within the research program Marie Sklodowska Curie Initial Training Network.

About the position
The PhD project is part of a multidisciplinary development project focusing on new drug substances with neuroprotective properties for the treatment of diseases affecting the retina. The role includes both project management and laboratory work.

The position is based in Södertälje. The successful candidate is expected to start as soon as possible. The project ends October 21, 2021.

Who are you?
The successful candidate is expected to:

• have experience of international collaboration in multi-partner research projects
• be experienced in formulation development of drug delivery system targeting the eye
• be experienced in physicochemical characterization of lipidbased aggregates
• have some years of experience in research work
• excellent language skills in English, both in speech and writing
