As a researcher in the upgrading/co-refining area you will lead and participate in research projects. You are also expected to take responsibility for the strategic planning of your research area and for forming new research activities and projects.  Writing project proposals, scientific reports and publications are important parts of the work, as is building relationships with internal and external co-operation partners.
