The Bioeconomy and Health division gathers the competencies in process technology, drug development and design of materials and surfaces. We work with the biorefinery's value chains as well as with products and processes for agriculture, food, pulp, paper and packaging. Placement for the position is Stockholm. 

About the position
As business office manager you will have overall responsibility for project portfolios, strategic planning and implementation of internal development activities within the Division. Together with the division's management group you will structure and guide the project portfolio with respect to delivery, timetable, budget, risk and process adherence.

You will plan and carry out reviews of critical projects, and may also have the project-owner role for major strategic cross-divisional projects or programmes. You will be responsible for the division's strategic planning, and will drive implementation of the division's business plan. You will also actively contribute to the division's reception and implementation of group-wide changes. Your team may include coordinators for major programmes and projects, and as business office manager you will report to the senior vice-president, and be a part of the divisional management. 

Who are you?
We are seeking someone who is passionately interested in technology and business development. You are a structured and communicative person who has an excellent feel for an overall perspective within a complex organisation, in terms both of technical depth and breadth and of constant change and development. We would like you to have a tertiary level of education at Master’s level, ideally with an MBA, and certification as project manager would be an advantage (PMP/IPMA or equivalent). You have an easy command of spoken and written Swedish and English.
