About the role
As a customer-support employee you will play a key role and will be RISE's interface with the customer. In your work you will have great personal responsibility and will coordinate customer assignments from start to finish. The assignments may differ, depending on the department you are working in, but the main customer-support assignments at RISE are:

  • Customer contacts throughout the assignment regarding support and administrative issues
  • Order management
  • Coordination/planning of assignments
  • Coordination of educational and training activities
  • Handling of documents, certificates etc.
  • Invoice management
  • Other department-specific assignments

Who are you?
You work independently and proactively, are flexible and responsive, and bring structure and order to the work processes you run or take part in. You like change and development and thrive in an environment in which you are expected to take the initiative in resolving problems that arise. Our customers and partners may be international, and you will thus feel at home expressing yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English. In your role you will have many customer relationships, thus it is crucial that you be truly service-minded and be able to prioritise and set limits when necessary.

We would like you to have completed the relevant secondary education, and to have experience of direct customer contact and service. You are very comfortable expressing yourself in spoken and written Swedish and English. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
