We are now looking for a Program coordinator to our Division Bioeconomy and Health. The Division gathers the competencies in process technology, drug development and design of materials and surfaces. We work with the biorefinery's value chains as well as with products and processes for agriculture, food, pulp, paper and packaging.
About the role
As a program coordinator you will work full-time on administrative, coordinative and communicative assignments on one of our major projects, programs or ventures. Your role will be as project management’s resource for running and developing daily activities as part of the project, program or venture.
In concrete terms this means managing daily contact with the project's stakeholders and players, both internally and externally. You will compile business reports and other types of reports, and will plan for and conduct meetings, courses and seminars. You will also support the business with communicative activities in accordance with requirements identified within the project, program or venture. Communicative activities will take place in close collaboration with project communicators. You will also drive the work on establishing, maintaining and developing the administrative procedures required within the specific business. You will support and assist with linguistic examination and translation as necessary. To sum up, this means an important role as the ‘spider in the net’ for daily operations in connection with the project, program or venture.
Who are you?
You are someone with a very good feel for service and an excellent ability to work both independently and in groups. You are an enterprising, purposeful and get energized by collaborating with colleagues and is able to keep a lot of balls in the air at the same time. Furthermore, you are flexible and have an open mind for changes in a dynamic environment.
You have excellent knowledge of the Office suite and find it easy to assimilate new functionality in IS/IT systems. You have an excellent feel for both written and spoken Swedish, as well as a documented good knowledge of English. You have a good sense of order and experience of similar tasks, e.g. assisting project management in daily operations and creating content for and editing web pages. You also have experience of work in a research and development environment and are used to reading and reviewing technical reports. For you to succeed in the role, we believe you should have a university degree in an appropriate area.
