There is a place that not everyone knows of. A place that, with its combined brainpower, works wholeheartedly to make the world a better place. And because of its independence can be uncompromising in that purpose. Who knows that the way to solve a mission is to be creative and have fun. This place is called RISE and we have an offer that is difficult to resist. Exciting assignments that do good.

If this sounds exciting, we are now looking for an administrator for one of our departments with placement in Gothenburg. As an administrator at RISE you will work full-time on administrative tasks as part of the line's operations. You will also be able to take on a process role as a project administrator in one or more projects.

About the position
Your role as administrator includes managing internal and external meetings, involving everything from administration to invitations, registration and technical support. You will be able to develop overall presentations, compile reports for internal use and ensure organisational charts are updated. You will also become a superuser for various tools and processes such as Kommunikationslabbet (the communication lab) (producing PPTs, product sheets, rollups), BizWizard (users for newsletters, invitations) and Medarbetarportalen (the employee portal) (publishing news, calendar events, updating sites and documents with procedures), as well as various business systems (CRM, IFS etc.). At smaller local offices without a receptionist you will also manage office-administration tasks such as photocopying, coffee, water, mail, visitor management and office materials, and will be responsible for conference premises.

In the process role as project administrator you will take part in the project work in line with instructions from project owners and project managers. You will plan and perform delegated tasks in accordance with your project plan and other agreements, and any billing as delegated by project managers. You will relive the project manager and project participants by taking on administrative tasks within the parameters of the project, e.g. writing protocols, booking meetings and organising conferences. You will report on performance of your project and the hours worked, and will propose improvements.

You will report to the vice-president and will work on networks with other administrators within the division's various departments. You will support each other in order to discharge various tasks and move the work forwards.

Who are you?
To be successful in the role as administrator with us, we believe that you wish to work on assignments that contribute to the success of others. You are passionate about getting the business to understand how professional administration can create value in your daily work and projects.

You have a basic education in the relevant fields, and at least five years of experience, with good references from similar work assignments. It will be of benefit if you have further training in relevant areas. You have very good knowledge of the Office suite, and find it easy to assimilate new functionality in IS/IT systems. You also have a very good feel for both written and spoken Swedish, as well as a documented good knowledge of English.

You work independently and proactively, are flexible and responsive, and bring structure and order to the work processes you run or take part in. You make things happen, and are quick and results-oriented. You enjoy contacts and networks, and are able to establish them quickly.

Are we right for each other?
With us your work will involve incredibly wide-ranging and exciting activities. You will be part of a network of administrators, and will be given the opportunity to exchange experiences and develop your skills, as well as being provided with an invaluable sounding board. The culture is characterised by a positive spirit that makes everything possible and allows us to focus on our joint goals in our work. You will work in a dynamic environment that will provide you with professional and personal development opportunities. At RISE we want you to succeed and feel good, because when you succeed you contribute to a sustainable future.
