If so, we can now offer the role of Coordinator of RISE within the group-wide function Property & Service, where you will play a key role by coordinating administration within the function.

About the role
In the role of Coordinator you will be responsible for and will manage rental administration, invoice management, record-keeping and documentation of rental charges.

You will also look after distribution of group-wide expenditure and be responsible for management of IT objects within the function.

Further tasks include gathering invoices and creating documentation for procurement, management of the electric-car pool and any other necessary investigative work.

Who are you?
If you are someone who thrives on a changing environment and is driven by working independently, then we believe we are right for each other. You are independent and take the initiative, but also enjoy working in collaboration with others. You are service-oriented and enjoy working in a structured manner. Your communication has a pedagogical basis and is clear. You are very used to working in the Microsoft Office environment.

You have furthermore completed secondary education in economics or technology. Experience in linked professional areas would be beneficial.
