About the role
As Quality Specialist you will be part of the group-wide Sustainability and Quality department. The function's remit is to support business in the field of sustainability and quality, be a catalyst for development and follow up and evaluate RISE's internal work and our contribution to a more sustainable economy and society. Our remit is to develop our group-wide management system, implement the common process model and management model and run our internal security work and internal/external sustainability work, e.g. through our sustainability declarations, group-wide sustainability objectives, sustainability reports and sustainability fund.

As Quality Specialist – Management Systems (quality and environment) you will:

  • be responsible for development of the RISE-wide management system, – be a super-user as regards use of the management system in close cooperation with FO Quality, – be responsible for the content and structure of the management system, – be responsible for updating group-wide documents within the management system (incl. policies, guidelines etc.),
  • be involved in the work of implementing RISE’s process model and supporting identification of the business’s processes and process development,
  • support the entire business in its quality work, and contribute to the work of ensuring the satisfaction of customers and other stakeholders,
  • support the entire business in its internal environmental work,
  • act as an internal audit manager and be responsible for a group-wide audit plan, organize the internal audit team and report the results,
  • be involved in local and overall management review,
  • ensure compliance with selected standards such as ISO9001 and ISO14001, as well as other relevant requirements documents,
  • be responsible for the company's deviation and complaints handling.

As our business is represented all over the country, travel is a natural part of the job. The amount of travel can vary, and you will report to the Sustainability and Quality Manager. The role's location is in our Stockholm office.
