If so, we can now offer the role of Service Center administrator of RISE within the group-wide function Property & Service.

About the role
In the role of Service Center administrator you will be a key member of staff, with the main remit of welcoming visitors, receiving calls from all over the group and managing digital reception services in collaboration with IT.

You will be responsible for booking major conference facilities and will be included in the information flow regarding the introduction of new employees.

You will also be in charge of questions about telephony subscriptions, assignment of ID cards and contacts with telephony and exchange suppliers.

Who are you?
For you to feel at ease in the role, we think you will need to be someone who has drive and initiative but likes interacting with others. You are flexible, service-oriented and communicative, and like dealing with several things at once.

You have furthermore completed secondary education and have a good knowledge of the Microsoft package. You have a good knowledge of languages – primarily English.
