About RISE Koncerninköp
We are now looking for a Division purchaser for our group-wide function, with placement in Gothenburg or Borås. RISE Koncerninköp has a main responsibility for the group's coordinated purchasing of goods and services. We also act as RISE specialists in the public procurement area and have a supportive and consultative role for the entire group.

About the role
In the role of Division purchaser, you are responsible for the operational purchasing in your division. You will, within your area of responsibility, work closely with your division's various operations on issues such as supply needs and purchasing plans. You areconducting the division's direct procurements and are responsible for informingthe company how allotments and orders are executed according to the applicablepurchasing policies and guidelines and in a business mannerYou are responsible for launching and implementing in your division theframework agreements that are procured centrally. You represent or appoint people in yourdivision to procurement groups. You have, in addition to your othercolleagues on Koncerninköp, also a close cooperation with the groupSustainability and Quality.

The role includes a lot of travelers, mainly within Sweden.

Who are you?
To thrive in the role of Division purchaser and with its opportunities and challenges, you should have a tertiary level of education or equivalent experience in purchasing and supply chain. You have good insight into the purchasing process, and especially operational purchasing. Knowledge about the Swedish public procurement law - LOU (Lagen om offentlig upphandling) - is meritorious but not a requirement.

You are responsive to business needs and are businesslike in your professional role. To be successful in the role, it is important that you have a high level of service, can act independently, have good interpersonal skills, are flexible and focused and can communicate information in an educational way. You should also have a great interest in creating value for your own organization. Since we are a company with many international suppliers, you express yourself unhindered in both Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
