Do you enjoy combining your curiosity and service-mindedness with your precision and your sense of detail in order to find new solutions? If so, read on, because you may well be our new Executive assistant.
About us
The Digital Systems division works with electronics, information- and communication technology as well as software development, mobility, system analysis and interaction design. We work with solutions for all sectors, especially in areas related to digitization. Within RISE, we believe that it is through collaboration with colleagues, customers and business partners that we challenge boundaries and develop new knowledge and competence. If you are motivated by working in a forward-looking, innovative environment in which collaboration is a feature of everyday life, we believe you have the right attitude and drive to succeed in this role.
About the role
As Executive assistant at the Digital systems division, you will have a key role to play with considerable responsibility and a broad insight into the division’s operations. Your main tasks will consist of planning, coordinating and rationalizing administrative work in the division. This means that you will, among other things, be responsible for planning and coordinating the division’s management team meetings, general administration such as producing newsletters (BiZWizard) and other communications (the Communication Lab), and planning and booking travel. You will also offer assistance in connection with visits and internal/external events and be the division’s contact for issues relating to GDPR.
Who are you?
To enjoy the role and the opportunities and challenges it brings, you should have previous experience of work in a corresponding role in a medium-sized to large company. You work independently and proactively, are flexible and responsive, and you add structure and order to the work processes you run or are involved in. Handling confidential information in a professional way comes naturally to you and you can easily assume the role of super user/local support function for administrative IT systems and digital tools and processes. As our customers and business partners can be international, you are comfortable expressing yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English. In your role you will have a broad network of contacts, and it is therefore crucial that you have a sensitive approach and are skilled at managing relationships. You are genuinely service-minded and you can prioritize and set limits as required.
Are we right for each other?
The RISE assistant network provides you with an opportunity to share experiences and develop skills and serves as a valuable sounding board. The culture is pervaded by a positive spirit in which Everything is possible, and we work with a focus on our common goals.
We are not promising an easy job, but we guarantee you an exciting journey in which we work together with our engaged and competent RISE colleagues to contribute to a sustainable future and to securing a lead in the global competition. We hope you want to come along with us!
