About the role
Then there is an interesting job for you at RISE Processum AB in Örnsköldsvik. The project manager's primary task is to contribute to RISE Processum's capacity to act as advisors to guide innovative companies on their commercialization journey by leading or participating in projects and customer collaborations. The project manager can see the big picture and directly work with process development, technoeconomic analysis, technology evaluations and upscaling of biorefinery processes.

Furthermore, as part of the Innovation Systems Group on part of the role is leading and running projects to promote cooperation and innovation in the biorefinery area. The group is also responsible for coordinating and developing a cluster of companies and carries out networking activities, project management and development of services to support technology scale-up and innovation. Another of the group's tasks is to develop and add new functions for upscaling and commercialization, such as technoeconomic analysis, project development, financing, etc.

So, who are you?
We are looking for you who have several years of experience in project management and have worked with process development and upscaling of biorefinery processes. It is an advantage if you have experience of working with innovation initiatives and/or clusters and have a good knowledge of the bioeconomy area. It is also a merit if you have experience of working with innovation support for small and medium-sized companies and experience of application work against Swedish international financiers (eg. Vinnova, Energimyndigheten, Tillväxtverket or Horizon Europe). It is an advantage if you have a well-developed network within the innovation system in Sweden and in bioeconomy. You have the relevant academic degree as a basis. You are self-motivated and solution oriented. It's easy for you to collaborate with others and make new contacts, both internally and externally. Good communication skills both in writing and orally in Swedish or English are a requirement.
