About us

RISE Research Institutes of Sweden and Chalmers University of Technology foundation jointly own SEEL – Swedish Electric Transport Laboratory, a new test and research center for electromobility, which will open in 2023 in Gothenburg, Nykvarn and Borås. The facility in Borås will offer a variety of safety-critical testing (mechanical, electrical, fire) for electrified vehicles and batteries.

We are now looking for an “Customer support and sales administrator” who will be a key player in RISEs and SEELs successful start of operation of the facility in Borås. The role is a combination of an office-based sales representative coordinating handling of leads and a customer support administrator supporting project managers with project administration and invoicing.

About the role

In the role as “Customer support and sales administrator”, you will be one of the main interfaces between RISE and our customers and partners within the test facility for safety critical testing in Borås. You will be involved in the whole process from early customer contact to completed projects, including tasks like:

• Supporting the sales manager in sales activities
• Be the first contact for incoming leads from potential customers
• Co-ordinating project managers through the sales process
• Follow-up on the sales process
• Co-ordinating meetings and customer visits on site
• Handling order confirmations and invoicing
• Be responsible for the reception function in the safety lab building
• Be part of the resource planning meetings to get an understanding of the capabilities.
• Actively work with tools as CRM system and Business system to support the sales strategy

The position is a permanent full-time employment. You report to the Market Manager at the Department of Electrification and Reliability. Your workplace will be in Borås.

Who are you?

We are looking for a “Customer support and sales administrator” with experience from office-based sales. Experience from sales or administration of technical services is preferred.

• You have a post-gymnasium education in a relevant area
• We communicate in Swedish and English, so you need to be fluent in both languages
• You have experience from working with ERP and CRM system (IFS and Lime CRM are used at RISE)
