About the Role
We are seeking operators for all our powertrain testing rigs - electric axles, electric motors, as well as sound and vibration testing on electric axles. As a Test Cell Operator, you will be responsible for conducting customer tests and maintaining rig functionality. You will participate in developing tests, processes, and methods, as well as in the preparation and installation of test objects. You will manage rig uptime, performance, and work on quality assurance. This involves setting up and removing test objects, operating and developing the powertrain rig, and closely collaborating with operations and maintenance staff at SEEL. As we are in the building phase at SEEL, it becomes extra important that we support each other across different responsibilities and work as a team.

You will become part of the senior operator team at SEEL, and a part of your work will involve close collaboration with our customers, where you play a vital role in delivering a positive customer experience.

Who Are You?
To succeed in this role, you have a technical high school education or equivalent. Having an engineering degree is advantageous but not required. You have at least a few years of work experience, preferably in industries such as technology, automotive, or process industry. Furthermore, you have a strong technical interest, and it's a plus if you have electrical knowledge. Experience with automation systems like PUMA is advantageous, as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical work.

We are looking for both junior and newly graduated employees with relevant educational experience, as well as senior employees within the electrical field and powertrain testing. We will tailor the role and tasks based on your skills and interests so that you get the right challenges and development opportunities.

As a person, you are attentive, sociable, curious, and determined. You are driven by solving problems together with others and reaching the end goal. Proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written, is required, as well as a B driver's license.

Are we a good match?
Our mission unites our various roles, tasks, and perspectives into a larger purpose. Together with our customers and partners, we develop competitive solutions and conditions that drive sustainable development forward for electrified transportation. Alongside dedicated engineers, technicians, and researchers at SEEL, you will experience significant growth, that we can guarantee!
