We are now looking for a senior researcher to join our team in Kista, Stockholm.

Our team is at the forefront of ICT research and development. It performs applied ICT research, knowledge creation and innovation through the deployment of new services and products. Results are disseminated through our partnership or through test beds and demonstrators.

The person will be placed in our team, that is among the largest public-sector cybersecurity research group in Sweden. Our core areas of expertise are: IoT Security, Cloud Security, Communication Security, Access Control, Privacy (technical and social aspects), and Secure Virtualization and Trusted Computing. RISE Cybersecurity is the European leader in IoT security research & development. The group members are working on IoT security since 2009 and is currently running ten (10) IoT security projects.

Position
As a senior researcher in our team, the candidate will be expected to independently carry out projects in close cooperation with industrial and academic partners, from the initial contacts to successful delivery. He/she is also likely to create new co-operations with companies and universities and attract research funding from public agencies.

Who are you?
We are looking for a full-time senior cybersecurity researcher with excellent academic record and vast professional experience. The candidate should have proven research and applied cybersecurity skills from his/her academic and professional career.

The following non-exhaustive list shows areas of expertise which are of particular interest for the position:

• PhD degree with focus on Cybersecurity (preferably Cloud Security)
• Expertise in Cloud, Edge and IoT Security
• Expert knowledge of Trusted Execution Environments in general and Trusted Computing in particular
• Potential and ability to write research project proposals
• Experience of working on large-scale research projects with leadership skills
• Ability to publish in good conferences and journals
